Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The process of bringing you the freshest lamb commences many days before you actually receive your order. All the orders we receive translate into a shipment of lamb to the abattoir. After that orders cannot be cancelled. Obviously we can’t put the lamb back in the paddocks! However we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

Returns Policy

Products can only be returned if the product delivered/picked up is not the product you ordered, or, if the product is spoiled at the time the product is delivered/picked up. We strongly advise all customers to immediately refrigerate their purchased products as we cannot accept a return of a product that spoiled due to a lack of refrigeration after the product has been taken.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled 12 or more days in advance of the order delivery/pickup date.
